¹Valid for BSc, MSc and PhD students at the time of EWCPS2023 conference (letter-of-proof by the supervisor is required). ²One short course. ³Accompanying persons do not have access to the conference sessions (lectures and posters). Handling fee includes ice-breaker reception, sightseeing tour of Ljubljana and conference Gala dinner. ⁴Early bird registration is valid only if payment is made before October 19, 2022.

April 2022: Due to increasing prices of goods and services in year 2022, we had to slightly increase conference fees.

Conference fees include:

• Conference package including programme
• Ice-breaker reception
• Coffee and snacks during coffee breaks
• Lunch during lunch breaks
• Attendance to all conference sessions
• Attendance to all poster sessions and exhibition areas

Conference fees do not include:

• Attendance to short courses and workshops
• Hot plasma party
• Gala dinner

Note

Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made no later than December 15^th, 2022 will be refunded in full, except for the administrative fee of € 50. After December 15^th, 2022 cancellations are not possible and no refunds will be made. Refunds will be returned after the EWCPS2023.
